Flatline crew showed up on-time and stayed approx. 6.5 hours to ensure a quality job. They were meticulous in their prep work and carefully moved our belongings out of the way and then carefully put them back in place once the job was finished. They were courteous and made sure we didn't have any unanswered questions. Took the time to walk us through their work and explained the chemical(s) used and what to expect. By the way, they were $3,000.00 cheaper than Orkin for the same work. Would highly recommend.

I've had a great experience with this company from day one! Julie always sends me a text to schedule and will reach back out to me if I don't reply to remind me (which I typically always need). Kameron is super nice and I like that I have the same person every time so I'm familiar with them. From what I can tell he's thorough because I haven't noticed bugs after he's here. I think he's a little scared of my dogs but will still go in the room that they are crated to get the job done! He explained to me how the yard treatment works because I mentioned having a ton of ants outside and made sure to spray the exterior really well. Last year we had either more bugs than normal, or the person didn't spray the house as well and the owner came out to make sure his employees were doing a great job!

Have used Flatline Pest Control multiple times in our house for general pest control needs. The prices are solid, the technicians are friendly and efficient with their time, the service is top quality, and even the person answering phone calls and scheduling appointments is always really nice and helpful. Also they always arrive in the scheduled window. 10/10 John was our technician today and he was great! Very quick, kind, and thorough throughout the house.

Flatline always does a great job with scheduling. Every employee is professional and punctual. If they expect to be late, they contact you with an estimated time of arrival. We really haven’t had a problem with general pest problems since using their quarterly program.
